These terms cover your use of CryptoByState.com ("CryptoByState", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Information only, not advice

CryptoByState is an independent information site. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We don't recommend buying, selling or holding any cryptocurrency. Talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions.

2. We are not an exchange

We are not an exchange, broker, wallet, bank or money transmitter. You can't buy, sell or store crypto through us, and we never hold anyone's funds.

3. We will never ask you for crypto

We will never ask you to send crypto, make a payment, or share wallet keys, seed phrases or passwords. We don't offer jobs, tasks or paid work. If anyone using our name asks for any of these, it's a scam. Please report it to us at the contact below.

4. Accuracy

We check app availability against each company's own state lists and official sources, and we show the date each answer was last checked. Rules and availability change often, and we can make mistakes. Always confirm with the app itself before you sign up. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll fix it.

5. No paid links

We do not use paid, commission or referral links, and no company pays to be listed. See our independence policy.

6. Third-party sites

Links take you to sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren't responsible for their content, products or services.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, CryptoByState and its owner aren't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its information, including trading losses, account restrictions, or decisions you make based on our content.
