Privacy policy

• You can read the whole site without an account and without giving us any personal information.
• AI State Counselor. When you use the AI State Counselor, we save a random id in your browser and a short record of which state and question you asked (and which official link you opened, if any). That helps us see which answers lead people to an official app page. We optionally keep the same record on Cloudflare. We do not store your email, name, wallet, or IP in that record.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (like IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
• We do not use ad or tracking cookies and we never sell personal information.
• State alerts. If you sign up for state alerts, we store your email address, the states and topics you picked, and the date you signed up and confirmed. We keep it on Cloudflare (our host) and use it only to send the alerts you asked for.
• Confirmation first. Signing up sends one confirmation email automatically. If you don't click it within 48 hours, your unconfirmed signup is deleted.
• How often. After you confirm, you get an email only in a week when something we track changes for your states and topics: at most one a week, never on Sundays, and nothing in weeks with no change.
• Unsubscribe. Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it deletes your email from the alert list right away. You can also email [email protected].
• Email opens. Some of our emails include a tiny image that tells us whether the email was opened, so we can see which emails are useful and stop sending ones that aren't. We record the campaign, the time, and the type of email app. We don't record your location or IP address, and the image doesn't carry your email address. You can block it by turning off images in your email app.
• No selling. We never sell, rent or share your email address.
• To stop abuse, we briefly keep a one-way hash of the signup IP address (about 1 hour) for rate limiting.
• If you subscribe to our newsletter, the signup happens on beehiiv, which stores your email under its own privacy policy. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply. To ask about or delete anything you sent us, email [email protected].
