Pennsylvania crypto ATM (bitcoin kiosk) law

Status: No kiosk-specific law

No enacted Pennsylvania statewide crypto ATM / virtual-currency kiosk statute found. House Bill 2643 (2025–2026) would add virtual-currency kiosk rules to Title 7; the General Assembly record shows it reported from the Commerce Committee and laid on the table on Sept 8, 2026. Senate Bill 1015 (kiosk operator rules, $1,000 daily limit) remains in committee. Act 7 of 2025 covers virtual-currency money transmission generally, not kiosk limits. Pending bills are not law.
